1615 Platte Street

1615 Platte St. is a 4 story mixed use building in the Central Platte River Valley in Lower Highlands. 

Root Partnership worked closely with the development team to create a functional and welcoming streetscape while meeting the requirements of the City and County of Denver.  Street trees and enhanced paving provide the soft yet focused feel to compliment the architecture and direct the patrons to the entry.  Around the back is private sunken plaza complete with tiered planters, seating, and a fire pit.  The layering of details in the planting and amenities bring to life a great space for both individual quiet reflection and the gathering of small groups.
