Cherry Creek Vista II Park is a 3-acre existing park located in Greenwood Village. At the existing park were two aging tennis courts and a small playground. Root Partnership was hired to provide design services to rehabilitate the park. We have worked closely with the client, neighboring HOA Boards, and project engineer to provide design solutions that will be economical and will best serve the neighborhood. One tennis court and a new small playground will be installed, along with new walking paths. A new culvert bridge access point to the park will be added so that the neighboring community will be able to utilize the park. This access point will provide easier access to the nearby school bus stop. Construction will begin Spring 2018.
