Perry Row at Sloans is a 64 unit 3 and 4 story townhome development in the heart of the Sloans neighborhood district, on the St. Anthony’s redevelopment site.
Root partnership was charged with designing the internal circulation and amenities including a community garden, seating, and shade structures. The landscape is an inviting compliment to the contemporary architecture of the row homes. There is a blend of native and low water use plants to create a thriving multidimensional landscape to be viewed and enjoyed by the residents.
