Towne Center at Brookhill is an existing retail development in Westminster CO that was built in the mid 1980’s.  The mature trees on site had become an issue for maintenance and safety, as well as visibility into the site critical to retail centers.  Root Partnership was contracted to redesign and update the landscape plan, and solve visibility issues.  We inventoried every existing tree on site, and a value was assessed to it by the City.  By strategic placement of new landscape material, Root Partnership was able to update the site keeping what trees made sense, and minimizing the mitigation cost for the client.
